Kia Ora and welcome back to school everyone! I am very excited about teaching at Hawea Flat School as I have heard so many great things about it. I have been teaching in Marlborough for the past 2 years and thought it was time to come back home to teach.
We have got neat kids in Room 4 this year, including 2 new children to the school. Already we have been having lots of fun getting to know each other and making new friends.
We have an exciting inquiry topic this term called, 'Are we Safe?' and we are starting the unit by going on a school trip into Wanaka next Tuesday.
Hopefully Room 4 will update our blog regularly to show you all the wonderful learning we are doing throughout the year.
